“First impressions very good and happy with the purchase. Only negative is the initial instructions for charging in the accompanying booklet are not clear. Having moved from an Oral B toothbrush this was much easier to follow. I still don’t know if I have a full charge - when the light disappears during the charging process does that represent a full charge?”

“Lovely piece of kit. First 'sonic' toothbrush I've used and no doubt does the job it should do. The only thing I have to get used to is the tickling sensation in various mouth areas while using. Not a deal breaker but takes some getting used to.”

“Unfortunately tooth brush not charging so purchase of new heads a waste. What would be normal lifecycle and is there a warranty at all? Obviously nothing wrong with this purchase.”
