“Hi guys, disappointed i never received my gift products with my two purchases of toothbrushes. My sons toothbrush stopped taking a charge so i presumed after maybe over a period this happens but hindsight i should have queried the guarantee before replacing. Only product we use and have done for years. But to think of it now we have toothbrushes longer and no problem.”

Unfortunately I was horrified to find it left my teeth with white patches, rather than being a gradual whitening process. I don't think I'll be able to return it as I've used it once, but I won't be using it again. I wish I'd never used it as I now have a patchy white smile..”

These white patches are called opacities which are on the teeth naturally and may become dehydrated during any whitening process. This is completely normal. We recommend using the strips in the evening time so by morning they will fade away. “I bought two of the Spotlight toothbrushes (one for me, one for my son). I tried mine and found it incredibly ticklish which makes it harder to clean. Thinking it was just me I asked my son what he thought of his and he said exactly the same. I try to keep my tongue out of the way whilst cleaning but then it makes you dribble toothpaste everywhere. I like it but would be grateful for any advice how to clean without the tickle.”
