“I've only been using it a week but seems to get the job done. I appreciate it coming with a carrying case. I also like that I haven't had to charge it yet!
I reduced it by one star because the toothbrush plays an audible tone when in use. Very strange. So if people in your household are sleeping, you'll likely not be able to use it since everyone could hear it. I live alone so it's fine but if I didn't I'd have to return it.”

“Really fantastic toothbrush! Clean your teeth so nicely and very gentle with the gums. Really like the size of the brush (small) as I don’t really like big brushes. Four different modes to choose from . I have used for years the Philip sonycare toothbrush but felt that was time to try something new and I’m glad I did! Overall very happy with it xx”

“I am now making a formal complaint in writing to Spotlight. From outset the customer service has been very poor. Polite but ineffective. A faulty brush was replaced after ‘jumping through hoops’ and slow responses by customer services with a basic model rather than that of the original higher spec model. I’m still awaiting a reply to my email of 29th November to Aoibhe from the company.”

“A star is too much ,I have both the electric brush ,I have a big issue I can't use it anymore ,because of the metal part ,which I need to put on the brush heads ,doesn't stand in straight way,so I'm not using it ,and the customer service is not helpful, I don't recommend it at all ,is a waste of money”

“It’s a great toothbrush. I find the brush a bit small as I had an OralB before and these had bigger brush heads. I love that there is a whitening mode. The timer also stops really abruptly 🤣”
