It can definitely take time to get used to the sensation as it can feel powerful at the beginning but this always eases with use. The Sonic is designed specifically for those with sensitive gums and teeth so should cause no pain when being used. We do have some other new customers contact us about a slight tickling when beginning to use the Sonic but have always advised this is only a initial reaction to the new sensation. “I used my new toothbrush for the 1st time last night and felt like I'd been to the dentist......in a good way! My teeth have never felt so clean and smooth.
After brushing this morning my teeth still feel smooth after 4 hours and I've had brekky, lunch etc, absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommended, I shall try some of the other products too, interested in trying the toothpaste!”

“This is a sleek looking brush with a small head. This narrow brush felt like it was giving a good clean - able to get all around the mouth.
It’s much more tickly than my previous electric brush - perhaps this is the sonic element? - which I don’t particularly enjoy.
Small grumbles are that it automatically turns off after a 2-min brushing (sometimes you want to brush for longer!); it’s a little fiddly to switch between programmes as the brush needs to be on while you do so; and I’d like to have different colour heads if you’re sharing with a partner.”
