“Head is larger than my previous toothbrush but don't notice it now. Speeds are good, unit looks good and finally an usb charger! Good purchase.”

“Packaging and delivery were excellent. Finding the strips really easy to use, feel relatively comfortable in my mouth and taste nice. - I have some sensory issues so this was a real bonus. A week in and my teeth look brighter than before. My only suggestions for improvement would be: - state on the strips packaging which is for the top teeth and which is for the bottom - being clearer in terms of the results you can expect if your teeth yellowing is due to thinning enamel rather than enamel staining (as mine is). The info is there, but buried in the FAQs - if you did not know the reason for your yellowing teeth, or did not know that you are unlikely to get huge improvements from whitening if you have thinning enamel, you could be very disappointed.”

“Cleans brilliantly but takes time to get used to all the vibrations. Also find it very easy to catch the on/off button whilst cleaning which messes up the sequence.”

“Came very quick in the post. I am pregnant in my third trimester and could see the discolouration in my teeth as you can't use much. But I defo see a difference after only using the acceleration gel for 5 days. Would recommend.”

“The toothbrush works as expected, it has only been a couple of days but it is nice. Unfortunately, even after buying it in the EU store, I have seen that the connection base has the UK plug so I had to buy an adaptor to be able to charge it. It is not a big thing but it is a bit annoying.”

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, we will be sure to pass your feedback on to our product development team and rest assured, if you ever need help please don't hesitate to reach out to our CS team any time! To remove the brush head off your Sonic Toothbrush you need to hold the head and pull straight up with a little strength as the head is fitted tight to stop it moving while vibrating. You do not need to twist the toothbrush head to remove it, it should come off by pulling straight up however sometimes it may be the case that there is a build up of toothpaste between the brush head and body. We advise soaking the sonic in warm water and cleaning around the attachment area to remove the build up and it should be easier to remove as a result x
