“The battery itself is fine, however, the delivery was a shambles. It was shipped from Milton Keynes, past the drop-off in Leeds and delivered to Durham. Then I received a message saying there was a problem with the order. Support asked if I wanted a refund or would I be happy to have it reordered. They resolved it I suppose but I could have done without the emails and phone calls chasing up my order.”
