“Firstly I was charged £24 to Northern Ireland for a 3kg delivery which cost more than my item, this was refunded, my partner was charged the same at Christmas for an electric screwdriver, your system seems to recognise as Ireland and not Northern Ireland UK, Royal Mail advised charge should be no more than £7, you really need to fix this, I’m sure you loose a lot of business for this reason.”

“I’ve spent quite a bit of money over the last year. I never received the extra grinder discs with my order. I have yet to call them but when checking the offer the price of the grinder had gone down and more discs were with the offer!”

“THE CASE I RECEIVED WAS JUST A DEWALT BOX SO THE COMPONENTS INSIDE WERE JUST FLYING AROUND WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY DAMAGE THE BATTERIES AND CHARGER THE BATTERIES DID NOT HAVE THEIR RED TERMINAL COVERS”

“Item great but didn’t arrive for over 2 weeks, had to call them to ask where it was ( no reply to my emails) they said it had been returned to them after 2 days, they asked if I still wanted it, I said well yea I have paid for it? Won’t use again.”

“I accept it was a free gift with the angle grinder I bought but it is not an easy tape to read and understand the measurements. I normally use a Stanley tape measure and it has a much simpler layout .”

“I was happy with the service however the item I ordered online was not what I got. Online it was a dewalt nail gun 2 batteries and a free gift. I got a nail gun and free gift. Definitely not as shown”

“Hello there. Where to start. Fundamentally I am happy with the strimmer and the delivery of it and the price. However, I was promised a free gift on the website, I clicked to receive a free drill bit set but it has never arrived. I emailed you twice to explain, never got a response. I left a review on trust pilot basically say the first two lines of this review but it wasn’t posted. Real shame all around because I’d willing use and recommend Planet tools in the future if it wasn’t for the poor / non existent response from them on this. So close to being over the moon, but didn’t get there. Real shame.”

“product not all that well designed and come with a different regulator from what was shown in the instruction book and which did not fit the propane tanks we are used to in this country i needed it asap so had to get a new reg which cost an extra £10 won't get from them again will stick to ebay it's easy to return on there not well pleased at all”

“I gave 2 stars for poor delivery, they use cappy company dpd and delivery guy came 1 h early that estimated delivery, didn't knock on the door and I needed to go pick up my self. Terrible experience.”
