When I went to pick it up, there was an additional postage due charge of $7.60 from FedEx that I had to pay for my delivery to be released. I contacted Ulta and sent them all of the documentation and they’ve done nothing. Now I’ll refer them to the State of Wisconsin Consumer Protection Agency. ”
