“I purchased a wiglet for my 83-year old mom, the gray mixture color matched perfectly! She receives many compliments making her feel pretty, so a few months later I ordered another. I didn’t have the prior order information and a call to Nancy ensured my mom received the exact one at mom’s new address. Ultimate’s kind personal customer service, via Nancy, is uncommon these days and very much appreciated. :)”

“I’ve ordered from ultimate in the past, but this time someone called me to verify the color I chose. She said the patch didn’t look exactly the way the color really was.
