“It took a very long time”

“Loved the style, loved the color but unfortunately the wig is defective. It was a discontinued style so can’t be returned. I spoke with a representative when it arrived, and she was going to see what she could find out about trying to make it work - I haven’t heard back from her yet but am hoping there is something that can be done. First time ordering from this company.”

“Took a really long time to ship and the products I ordered were cheap Amazon quality hair pieces. Totally unrealistic and unwearable. Went straight to the donation pile.”

“A really nice hair piece. Three stars for that. My first one, so I must admit it was very difficult to get the right match. Not sure what I'll do .. either dye my hair or dye the piece. Whichever one, I have my challenge ahead.”
