“I purchased a wiglet for my 83-year old mom, the gray mixture color matched perfectly! She receives many compliments making her feel pretty, so a few months later I ordered another. I didn’t have the prior order information and a call to Nancy ensured my mom received the exact one at mom’s new address. Ultimate’s kind personal customer service, via Nancy, is uncommon these days and very much appreciated. :)”

“Never received my purchase, but my card was debited! And can only track it if you download the app requiring lots of permissions to share info. Would never purchase from them again and don't know if I will ever get a refund. The only comminicstioni have had is confirmation of the order with app tracker link.”
