“This small grill /cooker met its description. It grilled bacon and tomatoes just as I hoped and proved pretty nifty with toast. As there are only two heating elements I needed to move the grill runner slightly to ensure good coverage but what did I expect for under £20? Not quite large enough to heat a full size dinner plate but the problem solved itself as the plate had been heating up by being placed on top of the oven. A real Billy-bargain. Thank you.”

“Great prices and quick delivery options. Odd delivery notification process though. Doesn't say dispatched until actually received by the shipping company and there is a tracking number. so don't be alarmed if your order says processing until the morning of delivery.”

“Intuitive website design and prompt, accurate service. The only let-down was the payment system. No easy PayPal or debit card payment option, I had to log into my online banking and set up a one-time debit payment. If that had been easier, I would have scored them a sold 5.”

“Price was good and delivery by next day was excellent. Entering of the delivery address at order was a little confusing, and had to email for assistance to have the address changed, but the reply was very prompt & polite. The major downside for me was having to pay £4.99 to use my American Express card, but all in all good job Una!”

“Ordered projector screen for next day delivery at about 3:30pm. Took a couple of days but it was later in the day when ordered so I can understand that. An order dispatched e-mail would have been useful as by the afternoon of day 2 I was wondering if it was coming! Great product at good price and cheap delivery considering the size of it, thanks!”

“Delivery Excellent !!! - A bit concerned paying via bank transfer but turned out ok - Goods received was slightly damaged - door had scratch marks on the top outer rim & one chip on the edge of the front casing otherwise the product is well worth the money - did not complain to UNA because the hassle of sending the whole thing back - it is not very noticeable when on the work surface .”

“Did what they say on the tin - easy to order - effective delivery to timeframe promised. Only improvement could have been a text message or email to agree a delivery time so we knew to be in - that didnt happen - would recommend them though”

“I bought a PC monitor and selected Una as the price was the most competitive. Ordering was straightforward, paid by bank transfer about 3pm and the delivery arrived next day before midday. Good service and good price.”

“Would be a 5* except that the order was not despatched on time. After calling up, I did receive good correspondence and the order arrived as promised. The price was the best online and im really happy with the Targus laptop bag.”

“I had never heard of Una Technology before, but I wanted an item in a hurry and they offered next day delivery at a sensible price. Its always a bit worrying give your credit card details to an unknown company, but the part arrived, as expected, when expected, so you cant say fairer than that. Based on my one experience, I would certainly use Una Technology again.”
