“I ordered a transfer kit easily by phone and asked for (and paid for ) a Saturday delivery slot. The kit did not arrive until the next working day after the Saturday. It was clearly marked "Saturday Delivery" by Una, which was great but DPD let them down by not even attempting the Saturday delivery. Una refunded the delivery cost in full. Good company/product - let down by the couriers.”

“There was a little problem with the shipping company, but everything worked out well. The shippment was delayed by a couple of days. No fault of Una Tech, this one was on DHL.”

“My order was dispatched quickly and arrived in a good sized box with a good level of protective packaging. Also, due to a minor admin error, the seller contacted me personally to ensure had been satisfactory with my order.”

“Very polite and helpful and delivery was very quick. Product is good, a good size and very easy to put tape through for printing, but instructions for calculations are a bit on the rough side as not all calculations are there - some keys are a bit difficult to figure out how to use in calculations.”
