I ordered a transfer kit easily by phone and asked for (and paid for ) a Saturday delivery slot. The kit did not arrive until the next working day after the Saturday. It was clearly marked "Saturday Delivery" by Una, which was great but DPD let them down by not even attempting the Saturday delivery. Una refunded the delivery cost in full. Good company/product - let down by the couriers.
