“I was extremely pleased with the speed of service and ease of use of Una's website. They had the item I wanted, at the price I needed, and having paid by bank transfer it was with me the following day. The only small slip was that I needed to prompt for a tracking link, but this was quickly sent when I asked. Note that the bank transfer method might not be ideal for all consumers, as it may not provide the same degree of protection that a card transaction would, however it was good for me as this included free next day delivery. Excellent service, many thanks!”
