“Price was good and delivery by next day was excellent. Entering of the delivery address at order was a little confusing, and had to email for assistance to have the address changed, but the reply was very prompt & polite. The major downside for me was having to pay £4.99 to use my American Express card, but all in all good job Una!”

“Ordered projector screen for next day delivery at about 3:30pm. Took a couple of days but it was later in the day when ordered so I can understand that. An order dispatched e-mail would have been useful as by the afternoon of day 2 I was wondering if it was coming! Great product at good price and cheap delivery considering the size of it, thanks!”

“Having dealt with this company on a few occasions, I have found them to be extremely helpful and obliging, They keep you up to date with your order at all times, and should there be a shipping cost, it is extremely low. I gave them 5 stars because in my experience, I could not find fault in there all-round service. My advice would be, if they sell the goods, go to them first, and if they don't, as them if they can get it. Many company's out there, should take a look at the way this company operates, and take a leaf from there book. Thanks again for tip top service. Malcolm Underwood S Wales”

“Service was very good. Item arrived next day. I was slightly taken aback when I called them to check they had it in stock etc and they said that they couldn't take my order over the phone, it had to be via the website.However, it worked fine, and the item was exactly what i wanted.”

“Used them for the first time and can't fault their service. Free next day delivery with bank transfer payment option is a good concept. Will be using them again instead of other e-retailers who still charge 99p for ordinary delivery.”

“Excellent customer service and very good price! I order a RAM module which then I found out it wouldn't fit in my laptop. Roger was happy to put my order on hold. I send my laptop's model and he then proposed a most suitable one. As it was cheaper I was refunded the difference from my first order. Well done!”
