“Excellent Customer Service. Ordered 3 small bathroom accessories online having telephone beforehand to double check the delivery timescale. The parcel arrived the next day ! Thank you Unbeatable Bathrooms, you are truly at the top of genuine excellent Customer Service.”

“Great service - customer service was fast responding and item arrived in good time frame. The only reason for not giving top marks is due to being told item was out of stock and would be delayed after paying at the checkout and receiving confirmation, not before confirming purchase,”

“My sink arrived smashed to pieces which was obviously very disappointing. No more in stock so had a refund. I thought that the customer care team were excellent and refund given straight away”

“I ordered the item two weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've had no communication from the company. When I sent a follow up email asking for an update there was no response.”
