“Figuring out which track I needed by the model number was easy and so was ordering on the website. They say 2-3 day shipping which means they'll get it on a truck in 2 or 3 days. That was a little misleading because it took about 7 business days total for the track to arrive which isn't the end of the world considering it was cheaper than getting it from Bobcat. It took 2-3 days to get tracking info but I never got or at least saw an expected delivery date. It just showed up when it got here. The track looks as good as I could imagine a track to be so only time will tell about the quality. It came nicely strapped to a pallet which was easy to unload and move around. My only issue and yes its minor is that I spent a lot of time checking tracking each day wondering if its location had changed and wondering when it would actually get here so I could plan my work around getting the machine back operational.”

“When things don’t go well, is when service counts. I have a 2016 Kubota mini excavator which needs new tread. Within 2 days I had tracks. Numbers don’t match? I bought it used, so I have little history. My local dealer gave me the same size as United recommended. Rather than change sprockets, etc. I was able to return, by paying shipping. Why this is important, they didn’t have my needed size. There was no hassle or threats. Yes it cost me several $$, but I know my found new tracks will fit.”
