“i have bought several tracks from you. All transactions have been seamless except the last order which did finally arrive. The last order lacked communication in how difficuld to source the track would be, with no estimated time of option to cancel and order from a stocking provider. I had to email and us chat to try to find out what was going on ...FYI i think chat said Ii will get back to you tommorow and never followed thru. My email was replied to however after chat person left me hanging.”

“Dealing with United Skid Tracks itself was amazing. The customer Service was incredible, and the ordering experience was positive. The only part of the experience that left something to be desired was with the Freight company they selected, which was Dayton Freight. The timing of the deleivery of these tracks was important, as we had a job that required the equipment to be repaired by a specific day. The tracks were shipped immediately on Monday, and arrived to the freight hauler's transfer station 12 miles from my place of business by Wednesday morning. The promised delivery deadline was anytime on Thursday. They didn't deliver them on Wednesday, and by 4pm on Thursday I started calling the frieght company to determine why they hadn't been delivered. A communication mix up they told me. I requested that they do what it takes to make the situation right (Delivering the tracks that day yet), and they declined to do so. I ended up having to take a truck to the freight company and pick the tracks up myself, wasting an hour of my time. None of that is United Track's fault, and wouldn't stop me from buying from them again, but I would request they use a different frieght hauler, or at least find some way to make sure they don't screw up the last 12 miles of the job.”
