“track was great but shipping sucked they droped off at wronge house and i had to go pick it up myself”

“Order was available on website than a week after I ordered was told it was back ordered and I would have it in a week after another week I was told I would have it in a week if they would’ve just put it was not in stock that would’ve helped greatly the online chat is basically pre-written messages when you do get a person they gave you the exact same pre-written message”

“The tracks arrived quickly and appeared well made. However, installing them on my Kubota KX018 excavator was very difficult. Despite retracting the idler wheel as far as it would go the new tracks required great effort to install. Placing the track on the drive gear and rollers was relatively easy, getting them over the idler wheel (fully retracted) required the use of my wheeled tractor to push on the track while engaging the elevated excavator track in reverse. Once on they both appear to be functioning well. I have been using the excavator with no issues, all appears well. Time will tell.”

“The lady I worked with in Murfreesboro Tennessee was wonderful. We had multiple problems with the bank and the credit card was not able to buy it that way so ended up mailing her a check and she sent me the track thank you. This completely online business really sucks bucks I would much rather drive to the store and buy the damn thing myselfThanks to the sweet lady”

“Company was great to deal with but the shipping company was terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my tracks and I had a machine down not making money. For a company that prides themselves on fast shipping they should look into a different shipping company if they want to use that as a selling point.”

“The tracks are good, but, the trucking company did not deliver for almost a week later than expected and there was no way to get a hold of anyone. I did e mail united tracks in the hopes that you could get a hold of the trucking company, but, I did not get any response”

The delay was caused by mistakes made by the carrier which unfortunately happen on occasion with all carriers. We actively monitor our email, but somehow missed the email you sent us. Had we been aware of the shipping issue, we would have certainly gotten involved and done everything possible to correct the issues you were having with the carrier.
