“Skid tracks have about 500 hours on them. One track is busted and about to leave me on a job site. They are out of warranty and won’t be covered. What a disappointment and waster of money. Who to go with next?”

“I have no issues with the tracks. Having said that, your shipper used to deliver the tracks are horrible. Costumer service sucks, tracking sucks, delivery late, and had to meet delivery driver in town (30 miles from my residents) or wait a additional week before receiving the tracks. Not sure I would recommend or purchase tracks again from United Skid Tracks for the above reasons. The money I saved by purchasing the tracks from United Skid Tracks was eaten up by extra down time due to the incompetent transportation company.”

“Shipping was supposed to notify me 30 minutes before arrival , never did. I scheduled a delivery day and was told between 12 and 5. Missed half day of work for delivery and arrived after dark, was never notified of delivery and 500lb pallet was dropped on side of road in the dark and just left there. Will not recommend any company that would allow this to happen. And yes, United is who I bought from so they are responsible for such mistreatment of a paying customer. Never again”

“Everything was going good till our tracks got lost by the shipping agent and then called back at told company they were supposed to get us a discount and credit us some money back and then they told us they were going to use that money we were going to get back on a different shipping company so that put a sour taste in our mouth because we we’re told we we’re going to get it. Not our fault the packages got lost. And our tracks were supposed to be here for a job we we’re doing and it failed therefore didn’t get them when we we’re promised”
