“Univar provide brilliant service and great prices. Everyone does that bit more to make purchases easy and pleasant. Jennifer on the online chat was very helpful and particularly efficient. Donna made sure that everything went really smoothly even with an out of stock item in my order. She was amazingly helpful and friendly. I even got an additional call to confirm the dispatch of the last item. 15% of Ox products made the already great prices even better. Brilliant service by very friendly and helpful people.”

“Great products at reasonable price. However my package came in two parts , one from Ireland and one from England. This i have no problem with , however I was not told that it was coming in two parts so naturally I was worried when the first part of my package arrived and a lot of the order was missing. So perhaps a little bit more communication would be helpful.”
