“Hello, to be honest my experience has been to date very bad. I placed my order and my mistake ordered the wrong brush heads. I made a phone call immediately to customer service. I was advised to reorder and a refund will be put in place for wrong order. This did not happen. I was sent out one brush heads,the wrong one, and charged for it. I'm still waiting on my correct order,after three phone calls and a number of emails.”
