“Mixed opinions at the moment. I have to sticking points both very minor has to be said but could be improved. First is that the description for the 3M EPX III 45ml applicator gun. The content of the box is listed as 3M EPX III 45ml applicator gun and standard two part plunger. So I thought as I was also buying a 10:1 tube of glue that I would also need to get a 10:1 plunger. However once the order arrived I discovered that the 3M EPX III 45ml applicator gun comes with both the standard 2 part plunger and a 10:1 plunger. So this was £7 on a 10:1 plunger that I didn’t need to spend. Second thing again very minor but caused so confusion. After placing the order on a Tuesday morning I received an email to say it would dispatched on a Thursday. However it actually arrived on that Thursday. My thoughts are maybe the email was meant to say the order would be dispatched on Tuesday to arrive on Thursday. No problem really as happy to have it so soon. Also you are amazingly competitive on price so again it’s actually really hard to make a fuss about these two very minor issues.”

“I ordered items that where in stock at the time of my order. After 4 days of not receiving my item I rang them to be told the items where both out of stock and would be on the Tuesday delivery and I would receive my goods by Thursday/ Friday at the latest. They do say they will contact you if your item isn’t in stock, I must of been an exception because I didn’t. Anyway from the day of ordering to actual delivery was 12 days”

“Not very happy as ordered this on the 3/8/2020 said 3/4days for delivery still haven’t received them. The tracking number they gave me says it on vehicle for delivery on the 4/8/2020 still not here.”

“Good selection of products and very competitive pricing. My only frustration was the delay in dispatching my order due to a couple of items being out of stock despite not staying this on the website. However I contacted Univar and spoke to Jennie and Ann they were both great in explaining the reasons and adjusting my order.”
