“Web site good. Price good. Delivery good. Packing too good (came in two separate boxes when both products would have fitted in one?). Came with CFC paperwork for appropriate product but unsigned, so not valid - not so good. Products as described / sealed as expected. Would buy from again.”

“Your website says items in stock for next day dispatch, but they all weren’t in stock. The order was held back without contacting me so I had to call to find out where my order was. Part of the order was dispatched and I was advised the rest would be later in the week. When I chased further it turned out that times ordered 4th December would not be in stock until 17th December. No communication on the status of my order.”
