“Appalling customer service, order placed 18th March for an item quoted as being available from stock, just (17th June) rec’d 50% of order. Constant failure to answer emails for update, and still have not been given a reason for the delay.”

“The product is very good and easy to use. As regards to delivery, USC needs to stop advertising as next day delivery 'if ordered before a certain time', then using Covid for an excuse for any possible delay. If delivery schedule is unachievable don't state it at point of sale.”

“Delivery came in two boxes one the day after the other, would have preferred both on the same day but other than that can’t complain. Purdy pail I’ve wanted for a while so happy to be able to buy some!”
