“I had an emergency call out to Green flag for a sudden puncture coming off the M23 my spare was fitted but before I moved off the man strongly advised me to two new tyres the tracking done before travelling home later that day. Fortunately I was going to see my sister and knew I could ask my brother in- law for his advice where to go (I didn't know anywhere in Croydon) and he recommended you, made the phone call and got it all sorted. When we arrived at the Croydon branch in Selsdon Road we were treated with courtesy and good humour AND efficiency, Wow! what a combination. Thank you fella's from two happy old biddy's.”

“Dropped in on-spec with a flat tyre, despite what appeared to be a full forecourt as they have been great in the past. Was seen to immediately by the team at Springfield Road, Chelmsford who had me on my way in next to no time. Very courteous and friendly service too. My thanks to Kelvin and the team. Much appreciated.”

“As a female I feel like I'm talked down to. Joe and the team treated me very well and as an equal. They gave me a choice and chatted to me while I waited. They talked me through what they were doing and why. My daughter recommended them which is why I went. I will definitely use them in future.”

“Used the South Croydon branch and service was brilliant sorted an issue with the tyre pressure sensors the Lexus garage in Croydon could not sort out. If you have a technical tyre issue then Mark from Universal South Croydon appears to be the best in the business.”

“I visited the Croydon branch of Universal Tyres (at: 108 Selsdon Road, Croydon, CR2 6PG) on 16 Jan 2019 after visiting Top Marks Tyres to have my tyres changed (also in Croydon). Top Marks basically attempted to con me into wheel alignment work to the rear of my car, which I knew wasn't required, as well as trying to over charge me. They were also extremely rude and aggressive but I only visited them as I ordered my tyres their blackcircles. I ended up visiting Universal immediately afterwards and they confirmed that on my vehicle, only the front wheels required realignment. I spoke with Chris and John who were not only extremely welcoming and accommodating, but were also very kind and funny. I have used Universal before but after my experience of this visit I'll definitely use them again as well as recommending them to my friends or family. I was very impressed with the reasonable pricing also plus the fact I turned up unexpected and my vehicle was immediately seen too (4pm arrival)! Absolutely no complaints! Keep up the good work, honestly!!”

“Over a period of 4 years, since I started going to Unversal Tyres in Staines Upon Thames the service has been exceptional. On one occasion the manager offered to help by taking and collecting a cracked alloy wheel from an external party. Without this help I would have been stranded. Today the deputy immediately helped me out by get an apparently punctured tyre checked on the spot and identifying it was a leak due to corrosion on the alloy. Fast efficient friendly service is the norm, a lesson to other service providers. Well done.”

“The guys in Staines fixed my tyre and when the warning light came on again and we returned, they checked, double checked and made sure all the tyres were ok. Even though it was Christmas Eve and closing time, they were thorough and patient. A great job. Highly recommend the team in the Staines!”
