“I took my car for MOT on 25/10 and unfortunately it failed for CO emissions. I was advised to options to get Cataclean and drive car on high revs. I tried this and came back on 26/10 - CO emission readings were checked by Simon and Richard, they were low than day before, so I was advised to do another 30min drive on high revs, I came back and result was the same. Then Richard & Simon tried various options as they believed car of this low mileage should not have CO emission issue, but result was not good. Then Richard tried some other options like tightening the spark plug screws, allowed natural air to pass through etc and guess what - CO emissions were reduced and MOT passed.”

“I was able to get my car service straight away at 9am. Friendly service. The man told me the price before my car was booked in which I found very helpful. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate were available. Warm waiting area. Customer holier too.”

“Well I came for my mot today and it failed, a bit disappointed because I came before and it passed. All in all the disappointment. .. it was fixed. I am happy the men looked after the lady.”

“Very happy with Rob and James - friendly and fast service at the Chelmsford branch for 2 new tyres. Website needs updating though as Billericay branch (where I assumed I was travelling to after phoning a Billericay number) no longer exists.and had to travel to Chelmsford instead. Otherwise 5/5”
