“I used Universal Tyres, Staines, after being very disappointed with a well known competitor. The staff at Universal tyres were friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was clean and comfortable (plus safe for a toddler!) The staff needed to get to the spare wheel in the boot. I had two pushchairs in the boot. The staff took them out and put everything back in for me. I will be returning.”

“I've been going to the Tilbury UT branch for a number of years now and would not go anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who really know their stuff and take care to do a good job. They even fixed a fault on my car that was caused by so-called professional tyre fitters at a competitor company when I made the mistake of "trying elsewhere". A big thank you to all at Universal Tyres Tilbury.”

“Friendly, helpful and supportive. As a drop in customer with an overheating Mini on the way to a funeral, I was so pleased to find the gents at Greenwich so helpful. Particularly Peter - who came to my aid with a coolant top-up and sound advice for making sure I kept my levels up and ongoing prevention of a repeat occurence! Without them my journey to a Essex would ot have gone well! Thanks so much.”
