Scammers !! On Wednesday 23rd of January I bought an E-Gift card for the value of £40. This GiftCard was a 16th birthday present for a friend of ours. On Saturday 27th at around 16:37 in UA London Oxford Street W1D 1NU she tried to buy merchandise for a total amount of £36. Unfortunately the person behind the till told her the Gift Card didn’t work despite all the information being on the print : card number, PIN and barre code. He finally managed to scan the giftcard but told her there was only £4 on it ?!?!? How strange and suspicious if you ask me .... Being with just a friend at the time and no adult, she feels very vulnerable and thinks she has been scammed and will certainly never shop again in UA ! The voucher clearly worked ! Where are those £36 gone ??!! This is shocking and simply thief ! Customers service are being useless and not helping telling I need to contact the shop. The shop is not responding to phone call and not responding to email. We live 100 miles away from London. What do we do ?? Someone in UA London Oxford Street W1D 1NU has stollen £36 of our giftcard !!!

I purchased multiple items from UOat Chenal Promenade in Little Rock, AR on 9/23/2023. I chose a light blue bucket hat marked down for 14.99. The regular price was $45. There were 3 colors to choose from, light blue, black and khaki. There were 4-5 of each. All were marked down. When I got to the register, the hat rang up at regular price. I asked the question about the sales price. The clerk called the manager who stated that not the correct price. I brought all 12-15 hats (all colors) that all had the $14.99 sales price. She stated that’s a mistake and proceeded to take the stickers off of the merchandise. She never looked or addressed me. Customers should not be penalized for store error. Ever store that I’ve shopped at honors the price as marked. After I made my purchase I checked the reviews for UO and I found out that this company had very poor customer service reviews. Go figure,

I ordered a t-shirt as a birthday gift on July 9th and received an approximate shipping date. About a week after the order it was showing on back order with a new shipping date of 7/14 and the same thing happened again with a later shipping date. I called to cancel since it wouldn't be here in time. Customer service said it was already in the process of cancellation so I thought there was just an issue so no big deal. I bought it elsewhere. So, to my great surprise I receive an email on 7/31 that it has shipped. I called back and asked why did a cancelled order ship. She said it was not approved. I am just confused at this point since they were cancelling it before I even called. I ask her can I just return to sender she says yes, but when I go online the item says it can't be returned. So, I will update if I have an issue with the return and my money refunded. Company should be transparent about products. If they are on backorder, you should know before you order it and not keep getting delays. When you call to cancel, it should be canceled. You should not get a surprise email stating it has shipped. I have never in my life had this kind of experience. Also, the text option to contact the company didn't even work. They never responded or called. I just received a Thank you for contacting... text. Also, live chat isn't really live chat and was not helpful at all.

I bought a skirt on 23 May. UO UK “shipped” it on 26 May. For 3 weeks, whenever I clicked on the tracking link, it said “Awaiting Carrier Pick Up.” On 15 Jun, UO said they’ve received my return and will proceed to refund me. I was flabbergasted as I’ve never received my skirt in the first place. Demanded that they refund me my shipping fee, as I believe they’ve never shipped it in the first place. They did refund me my shipping fee, but I’m terribly put off by their service. This is nothing but a scam. Will never purchase from such a dishonest company ever again.

High Street Kensington Store looks like a badly managed second hand shop. Staff unhelpful and unknowledgeable. The 3 staff at the tills were chatting whilst 'serving' one man. When I asked if only one till was open all 3 said 'yes' and made no attempt to help me.

Never sent my order then charged me £6 for a call when I chased it up with them. Had to speak to customer service 4 times and they never resolved the issue.

This whole company is a scam, they steal your money. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a furniture item in February 2022 (wardrobe). Biggest mistake ever. The item was of poor quality and defective, so it could not even be assembled properly. I contacted customer service for a refund, first of all, they made me disassemble it and fit it back into the original box which took me hours but that's fine. Item was picked up within the next several days but to this day I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. It is May! It's been 3 months. I contacted their customer support through the chat several times and all they can give me is empty promises. They have been withholding my money for months, and I don't even believe they'll refund me. It is not just $10, it is $216. Never again I will buy anything from this place.

DO NOT SHOP THERE! It’s literally the worst shopping experience I have ever had! I order a coat on December. The order got shipped but never got any update since then. I contacted with customer service so they replaced my order. Again the order got shipped but then disappeared. I contacted them for a second time asking what happened and they told me that it was sent back to the sender so I asked for a refund. That happened in the beginning of January. Now its February and I contacted with them more times than i can count. Every time they tell me i will receive a refund in under 48 hours but i never do! This is tragic. Don’t shop there I lost a 100 euro.

I day delivery?! 1 week later - still waiting. Got hold of customer services who said a 10 day delay, no sorry, no idea of when it may arrive. Once they have your money they don't care.

I would put no stars if I could I ordered items one bigger item was missing I paid with Clearpay who already pay urban outfitters so they don’t care They keep saying they are investigating it I want a refund simple as they just keep fobbing me off why just refund my money do the right thing

I did an 2 orders on The 27 of January, a discount code was available but was not working with not information on the terms and conditions, before I did the orders I call customer service to get information about it, the person on the phone didn’t know why the code was not working and advise to use and other one that was not working either because of that the person advise me to wait for he to call me back, on the call back the same day he said “You can process the order even if is showing full price I’ll update the information on the system and you will paid the price including the discount even if is showing you full price” so I did 2 orders, (I been dealing with this since the 27/01 I been replacing emails asking the same questions, nearly 65 emails in total)I got an email on 03/03 telling me that in 3 working day I’ll have the money back, on the 11/03 I sent an email updating the situation because once again noting happens and I still waiting, this is not a refund is my money that I paid extra following the advise of you own customers service, on the 18/03 I got a text by messenger that said “this will be treat as a high priority because is going for so long” is 24/03 and nothing still happens

I would put 0 stars. On the 18 of February I have ordered a bag, they issued me a tracking code that never worked. After 6 days I enquired why it's not working and received a reply, oh, we're sorry, but a DPD courier has returned it to us without reason . Now, it's been 17 days since they informed me that my order isn't going to be delivered, and 23 days since I have ordered it and they still didn't give me any refund. Every time I ask about refund it's millions of excuses, oh, we have to inspect it first, before issuing the refund - why - It was Never delivered, so it's in a same condition. Why should I pay at once, but not get a refund for 23 days when they cancelled the order themselves?? Never order from them, they are incompetent trade company that is unreliable and doesn't take responsibility for customer money.

Excellent service, very quick and efficient, placed my order on the 15th December and my parcel arrived on the 16th December. A very happy customer, will definitely be using them again, highly recommend them.

Shocking service. I ordered a gift card and paid the extra £5.99 for next day delivery. After four days, chased this up only to be told it hadn't been shipped and didn't know when it would be. Told them this was not acceptable and I should be refunded the next day shipping. Refund was never processed. A week further on, still no gift card. Contacted customer services who again said they didn't know when this was going to be shipped and once again, requested a refund for next day shipping. Still no refund!!

Customer service is awful! I have ordered two items from the UO-UK website on 28 November, £95 has been taken off my account. An initial delivery date (8 November) with Hermes was sent, even though 'despatched' on 2nd December the Hermes page stated that they were awaiting to receive the parcel. Parcel didn't arrive on the 8th. Checked delivery status again on UO page. The status disappeared. Hermes has the same message saying they are waiting for the parcel to arrive! Have been in touch with UO via email and FB. No reply via email, no reply via messenger. Placed a comment with one of their photos and they gave a standard reply! This business is shambolic! Shame on you taking my money and not bothering to give me my items and good customer service!

So disappointed UO used to be such a good company with excellent customer service. However with my latest purchase that hasnt arrived after 10 days my view has changed. Look on trustpilot to see how bad it is now. It’s clear UO are having issues and parcels are not being sent to Royal Mail. Trying to contact customer service is hard especially getting a reply back from an email. Twice have been in contact with customer services and both said different things but having read trustpilot reviews this morning something isn’t right with this company. I will be escalating my complaint and will attempt to get a refund through PayPal because UO isn’t helpful at all. Just be honest with the customer if your having major issues with deliveries.

Super speedy delivery and everything ordered was fantastic quality. Sadly a glass frame had cracked when being delivered so I contacted their social media and they we so kind and sent a replacement. Definitely recommend and will be shopping there again
