“My shade was delivered to me damaged and crumpled all around. It was packed with the base. My suggestion is to pack the shade separately from the base. The paper packing materials are not enough to protect the shade. I sent an email with photos to customer service yesterday. I have not heard back from them. Please send me a return shipping label today so I can ship back the damaged shade. And please ship me a replacement.”

“I have purchased a chandelier, a cordless table lamp and shade, and a standing lamp and shade from this company. I've been very happy with these purchases. Products are beautiful. They arrived promptly. Be sure to order lightbulbs before completing a purchase. While cordless lamps are great and easy to charge, charging must be done weekly and I don't leave them on for very long as a result.”

“I am absolutely in love with my Pooky cordless lamps and shades!! There are so many wonderful choices to choose from. I have bought a few recently and they are all gorgeous!! “I simply ADORE my new Pooky lampshades. I’ve long wanted to upgrade my boring white/cream colored lampshades but always stopped short because they can be so expensive. Enter Pooky.
