“Overall the wireless sconce is of GREAT quality. No comparison between these and cheap Amazon options. Really beautiful details and design. Unfortunately the website is a bit of a mess and it’s easy to order the wrong shade for the sconce. Additionally the website shows the sconce positioned a way that actually it cannot be positioned to make the shade work. I had to McGiver my sconces with sticky magnets in order to get the shades on. This is going to be an annoyance when I have to charge them and inevitably switch out the magnets. The shades are also a very nice quality and shipping is fast. Overall I would order from Pooky again, only because their returns are simple when a mistake is made.”

“The first light was very cute but too small the second light I got was better but the top did not sit on the base right(defect)so I had to return both of them. Great customer service”

“Really love the concept of these little lights. They are also well made and the design is nice. My two thoughts on improvements would be to rethink the light portion of the sconce. When you are seated, you see the "circle of lights" under the shade. That circle of lights is not a good look. It feels like the style of the sconce changes from traditional to spaceship. Also, it would be nice to have a choice of shade color (white, black and gold?). May be returning these, mainly due to the spaceship lights.”

Hello Sara, I can completely understand how frustrating it can be when you get a product and it does not look like how you expected. Unfortunately, all computers are different and have differing brightness levels. Additionally, everyone's home has different levels of lighting which also affects the appearance of the shade. However, we do offer free fabric samples if you send us an email to hi@pooky.com with the shade you are looking to buy and the address you would like it delivered to and we will get the sample sent out to you immediately along with a tracking number so you are able to see when it will be arriving to you. “As a trade account we are currently using Pooky in ones or twos for our design projects with a very small profit. If we were able to stock it, and merchandise it in our store, we would be able to sell 20 times more product. We currently sell 40k a year of Zafferano and 150k a year of Visulal Comfort.
