I was so excited to receive my rechargeable lamp 1 day after ordering. However, my item arrived broken. The lamp would not turn on after charging 10+ hours.I called customer service and they told me to send an email. What’s the point of customer service? Anyway, I sent the email, but didn’t receive a response. After a few days, I called customer service again. The rep was kind and sent me a return label, but she did not offer to replace the item. Very unfortunate, as I would have been willing to give this company a second chance prior to my return.

This is horrible marketing that baited me with images of beautiful lamps and shades that I can’t possibly order without splitting the order into two separate orders, from the UK side and the US side and then for the shipping company to misplace the US item on delivery and refusing to refund the order?!? RIDICULOUS

Hello William, First, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I spoke with our UK team about refunding your lampshade, and we are happy to proceed with the refund. There was some confusion with DHL and locating the order that we were trying to work out to be able to provide the best solution to you. Additionally, I reviewed the marketing emails you were receiving and discovered that you were subscribed to both the UK and US marketing lists. I can confirm that no UK products have been pushed or used in our US marketing newsletter. Our records show that you unsubscribed from the UK newsletter on July 18th, so you should no longer receive any future emails from that list.
