I love love the lamp but not the shade. I have reached out to return but no one has reached out. I have already bought a different shade that I do love from them.

Hello Carmen, Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled you love the lamp, and we appreciate your patience with the shade return process. I’ve checked our system, and it appears you emailed us on Saturday. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and while we generally respond within one business day, we do ask for up to three business days during times of high volume, especially after weekends. The light looks nice but the bulb is so dark. It provides zero light even turned all the way up. Have to admit I am a little disappointed for the price.

Lamp is adorable but arrived with piece bent so lamp was crooked. When tired to straighten the lamp it broke. Managed to cobble it together but disappointed in quality.

Received an email asking to review purchase but suggesting I call if I had any problems. I called and explained my problems and was told to email photos. I never hear anything back from Pooky.

The picture light I ordered looked nice, buy it was a lot darker than the online picture. Plus the front metal had some blemishes that were not fixable & the screws were crooked so I sadly returned. The process for the refund/return was easy and the email you back right away.

I ordered 4 sconces from Pooky. I was extremely excited to install these in my kitchen. However, one of the set of sconces I ordered, the glass shade did not fit correctly. I emailed back and forth trying so hard to make these work, unfortunately they did not. I ended up returning these sconces. Hoping to be refunded, I purchased a new pair, from Pooky. Another $300 worth only to find out I was not going to be refunded entirely for the other sconces for a defect out of my control. I will purchase from Pooky again, but was not pleased with their return service.
