“Their translation service is a joke. I submitted my degree certificate for evaluation and the result from them is unbelievably terrible. Anyone who knows how use google can do a better job. They translate higher education into high school education. And I am not from a very small country that speaks a rare language. I am from China, you can find a bilingual Chinese American in no time but they provide sketchy service like this. I went to one of the first tier universities in China so it should be no problem for them to find out it is higher education, not high school education. Mistakes like this will severely jeopardize my immigration status. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU DESERVE BETTER.”

“Completely unprofessional it’s has been a year i still haven’t received the hard copy of my evaluation. You guys are FRAUDS....... After calling there helpline for more than a mouth they stop answering my calls and because of choosing this shittier company i lost my financial aid from college.”

“The first translation of my document was is in very poor English. It was barely understandable. I made many corrections over several weeks and they were sometimes taken into account. But later, older versions containing mistakes I had corrected were sent to me and I was never able to get a proper English language document from usces. Communication was very inefficient and it took about two and a half months and about $230 to get a bad quality document. They also overcharged me as a result of misreading my directions.”

“It was a pathetic experience overall. The service was so poor, I had to follow up umpteen times to get corrections done. And the call representatives were unwilling to help most of the times.”

“It took too much time and I had to send a reminder. Worst was that i had to correct the documents myself and same mistake 3 or 4 times”

“Very poor and not time conscious they delayed my document and I had to pay an additional fee but yet I missed my appointment and yet alone someone else document was send to me instead of mine cud do great if they are time conscious and treat peoples docs with care and confidentiality”
