I'm Still waiting on my Transcripts to be mail to me. and getting in contact with someone is very hard.

They sent me a request to review work that I never had done. This looks very poorly on them as they may be just looking for good reviews to boost their profile.

I got documents very late. I had to be pushing to get my documents on time. The ticket was closed 2 or 3 times but the work was not completed. At the end I received my electronic documents but I did not get them by mail as it was promised when the service was quoted. Very unprofessional staff, you need to work on deliver what you are being commited on time.

My credential evaluation was complete on March 15th. The first time you mailed it was't delivered. The second time they were sent again with tracking on March 27th. I was given the following tracking number, but after five days it still says: not yet in system. I am going to dispute the charge if my documents won't get delivered by this week. 92055901755477000065381517

My transcript was not accepted by Prairie View A&M University. It ought to be course by course evaluation. This is so painful. What is the going forward? Thank you

I have never received a copy of my evaluated transcript. The University I am applying to doesn’t recognize your company. No one has picked my calls or returned my emails

I and my friend booked such services,and we have the same mailing address. The staff promised that you will send another copies for me and my friend. 1. Some mistakes on my friend‘s transcript result. Actually, it is acceptable. 2.Mistook someone else’ address for me and my friend when I did not give my address. 3. After giving my address,what I received is only my friend’s transcript without mine and the copies. 4. After I giving feedback and reminding you again that do not forget our copies, I received my friend‘s copy and my original transcripts,that is to say,you did not send me my copy. 5. I responded by sending an email and hoped that you would send me my copy to my new address. After explanation,there is no any reply. What a bad service and poor experience !

It took very, very long time to receive my evaluation. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my document. Very incompetent service.
