“I felt bad when I got disconnected from Zain and I wanted to give him 5 stars for all of his help. He spent a lot of time with me and he had a lot of patience with a very long set up process. Ultimately we were successful and I wanted to thank him for his hard work. Have a nice day, Bret”

“My family and I had a conference call with Umair today. He was wonderfully patient and accommodating in answering all of our questions, as well as solving a few minor issues, which he thoroughly handled like a pro! If we have any future problems (not that we are expecting any), we hope that Umair will there to help us figure them out. He was a great customer representative.”

“Aysha was a great help in setting up the cellular data plans. She spent over 2 hours of her time to assist us with our questions and problems. Her respect and patience was excellent and so was her advice. She made it clear how to set up the plans and port in our old numbers. She even helped us with a longstanding issue of turning off the "Do Not Disturb" mode of our cell phone that we did not know about and all our earlier efforts to resolved it failed. She is so friendly and help and we appreciate all her great support. Thank you US Mobile for having such a wonderful employees on board!”

“Ammar was able to fix a problem we were having getting voicemail notifications on one of our phones. It took awhile to get the settings right but he stuck with it until everything worked as it should. We are very happy with US Mobile in general and Ammar's customer support in particular.”

“I was very pleased with how Zeeshan walked me through every step required to set up Access Points when my phone didn't have the independent capability to do so. He was patient and thorough, but also recognized my capabilities. He was knowledgeable, kind and complimentary.”

“Umair Dogar helped me fix issues with my port to US Mobile, I messed up my Apple ID settings in the process and he helped get it all fixed and ready to use again in no time! Very patient, informed, and helpful. Very grateful for awesome customer support :)”

“It has took one month until now I still could not get my new service yet and they have already charged me. I believe that they had lost my phone number. The worst part which is the service department. Every time they had different excuses to let you wait for the response but it never be went through. Even you want talk to their manager, Henna, she never returned you call because she doesn't know how to solve the issue either and try to avoid. Very bad experience and won't recommend at all.”

“We just signed up & activated our service with US Mobile today & must say from our experience thus far, we are very grateful to our daughter for recommending US Mobile to us. We have had incredible customer service throughout the process of changing over. That being said, we'd like to especially thank Yasir, a representative whom helped us yesterday on 7/13/22 & informed us of the information we still needed to retrieve before we could proceed to activating our account. Yasir was very knowledgeable & kind. Most of all we would like to give 5 stars x 100 to Sheetal, also a representative, for her amazing guidance & patience while navigating with us through completion of the process of signing-up & activation today 7/14/22. Both of them were so considerate & instrumental in making the start of our experience with US Moblile customer service extremely satisfactory! We can't thank them enough!! Also, I must mention the ease of getting in touch with US Mobile customer service. Our previous cellular service provider was so difficult to reach - it was like the difference of night & day! Such a bonus from the beginning! Thank You All at US Mobile! Sincerely, Cathy & Paul”

“Umair Dogar was very helpful in helping me transfer my mom's line from Tracfone to US Mobile after I put in the incorrect account number during the port. He then helped to make sure that all service were performing correctly after the port went through.”
