“WOW, what fantastic customer service!!! Syed Maroof spent hours helping me to find solutions to my mobile mess. I am not at all confident in my own technical abilities but I know if the rest of the employees at us mobile are like her, I will be able to figure out anything phone related! I really look forward to working with US mobile for years to come!!! Thank you so much for all that you did for me!”

“Mukesh Kumar was my online chat help today. He was extremely helpful, informative and patient - bravissimo. My new sim is in and he stayed on the chat until the phone was fully functional! Now - THAT - is service!”

“Arsalan helped trouble shoot why I wasn't getting service - it took awhile because in the end we found the sim card dead, but she went thru all of the steps and was execellent at explaining what needed to be done!”
