“The reply was good. And I have received the sim card - but, thee is supposed to be a $15 dollar cash credit allocated to my account as per your ad. It is allocated with your code of 'NEARYEAR3ACT. I have talked to your reps three times already and each assured me the $15 dollars would be put in myaccount. Why haven't you added the money yet? My Ph# is 202 556-3733.”

“Your customers service personal was trying to be helpful but when a manager got on the line he was extremely rude! Laughing on the phone while customer was speaking and being very obnoxious. Very unperfossional!”

“give me a pass word without any zeros and no "letter o" i have a hard enough time just getting the password to work let alone figuring out if it is a problem with misinterpreting a letter or number!”
