“I mean.. what can I say? Hands down the BEST customer service ever. My husband and I both switched from Verizon ($120 per month), to US Mobile ( just $30 per month for both of us and even more data!). My husbands phone is from the US and set up took seconds. My phone is from the UK and something was glitching, and they spent an hour with me on the chat box testing different things and generally being very helpful and kind. It now works and I'm over the moon! Every time I've tried to get in touch I can chat online with a real human within seconds, and the whole interface is so clean and simple - and fun! I love US Mobile - you guys really have it sussed. Thanks again!!”

“Umer F was very professional, most helpful, and patient everything that you would expect of a customer service representative. I had issues with a SIM card and also trying to get into my account on my phone and Umer was very patient as I tried to figure out how to login and also helped with my overall issue I had. Thank you so much and please give compensation or recognition to this excellent customer service representative!!!!”

“I've been with US Mobile for several years now. Every time I have had a question, wanted to upgrade my service, anything, their customer service has been excellent. And their plans are unbeatable in terms of affordability. Recently I contacted them via email because I couldn't access my voicemail. Within minutes, I had a response, and it furnished me with the solution to my problem. Kamil Khan, the associate who helped me was clear in his response, courteous, and concerned that my problem be solved. Once again, US Mobile, you rock!”

“HI, I don't usually leave reviews, but I have nothing to but good things to say about the service, support and the value of the service from US Mobile. We were previously with Verizon and wanted to move to an independent contractor and not loose the Verizon Network. We made the move a couple of years ago and if we have had any difficulties, things have been responded to immediately. The chat feature is great and the customer service reps have all been tremendous. Best cell phone decision we have made!”

“Khurram H. was my customer service chat rep today and as always he helped me solve my problem with very little effort and very quickly. He was very clear, waited for me to take my steps and test. I was up and running in no time. I have never experienced such great customer service as I have with US Mobile and it has been consistent. I think this is my third time calling for assistance and always a pleasant experience. THANK YOU!!! Hard to believe this kind of service exists in the US.”

“I am testing the service on a spare phone compared to a Verizon line I currently have. So far they are absolutely comparable. Activation was easier than expected and the support team has been great with answering questions regarding compatible phones and service.”
