“Wali was very helpful and quick. I apologize for dropping the chat suddenly, due to a tech issue on our end. Thanks again for what continues to be excellent service from US Mobile. We haven't been this happy with a US-based mobile service for some time, and nobody else out there has your innovative business model. Hope you're around for a long time to come!”

“Don't require an Imei # to activate a SIM card. Or at the very least allow a port to be successful even if the imei has a typo. The sim # ought to be enough.”

“As far as customer service goes? Nothing. Everytime I interact with the US Mobile reps I am super charged about the great service. I have coverage issues due to location but still rave to my friends about the customer service. Malik was no exception. He was patient and thorough. If my satisfaction had a dial it would be set all the way to eleven.”

“I really like the service of all the techs responding to questions, your network is lacking reliability but the reason I am considering other options is the limitations sending picture messages, too bad because you sure have competitive rates.”
