“Relatively quick to very fast turn arounds for email communication. Accessible chat service, with some glitches with the interface which made it hard to see the text as I typed.”

“They stuck with me until we were able to accomplish the difficult task of porting my number from TracFone to US Mobile. It took quite a few emails from US Mobile and quite a few calls from me to TracFone, but it turned out to be a successful transition.”
