“When I first looked into US Mobile, the site made it seem like pretty much any phone could be used on their system so I sent for a setup chip. Wrong. So then I actually bought a phone from US Mobile and it took almost ten days to get a transferred number up and running and left me without any phone service at all for most of it. Constant series of emails back and forth, "try this", "try that", It still didn't work. They finally sent out a new chip for the phone I had bought. Then, twice data went out completely and they had to manually "renew" my throttled service. No warning, no indication that I had gone over the so-called "unlimited" plan data cap. Not just throttled, service completely out and no warning so I had to contact them. Not impressed.”

“I've been attempting to solve this problem for several months. Until yesterday, I received zero useful advice or help. I did receive a callback yesterday which I was unable to take. The rep told me he or someone else would call me back later in the day. That never happened.”
