“Nida was a great help this morning! We got several fairly complicated things accomplished. She spent nearly an hour with me and was pleasant and helpful the whole time. She is a definite asset to US Mobile!”

“I worked with x5 US Mobile reps to try to figure out my activation issue, before I was connected to Nida, who patiently worked with me and figured it out! And did so by intelligently working through each possible issue, all the while displaying great intelligence, patience and good humor. Great representative!”

“Nobel was awesome. He was so helpful and patient with this old 72 yr old setting up my first smart phone. Up till now I've only had 2 and 3 G phones. I really hated having to get a mart phone and a new kind of plan. But with his help he tried to make it as painless as possible. I'd tried looking at other providers and no one at their sites were as sweet as Nobel was. Thank You Nobel you're a 10 of the cell phone world. Sandi”

“Kamran Gill is an EXCELLENT supervisor. He was able to resolve my phone issue with great knowledge and expertise. He stayed with me until ALL options to resolve the issue was used. Also, he was available whenever I called and needed his assistance. I commend Kamran for a JOB WELL DONE!”

“My IT support, Saif, was extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable and very efficient when helping me to get the sim card to work in my phone!!! I definitely could not have done it without him!! He was patient and encouraging. To be honest, this was probably one of the best interactions I have had with support with ANY other company!!!! THANK YOU SEIF!!!!!”

“USMobile is a solid company. The calibre of the representatives is by far the best. A special shout out to Areeb Irfan - he is amazing! very polite and professional. Even though his shift was over, he stayed on to ensure that all my issues were fixed!”
