“ I had a question about using my phone abroad with their Unlimited Premium Plan with a phone that was not esim compatible being able to make calls and use data. The service was outstanding. After a brief interaction with a bot, I was immediately switched to a customer representative that answered all my questions. I found out that the only thing I had to enable my phone outside the US was to switch on "International Roaming" on my phone. ”
