Money has been taken out of my bank account , and your customer services man called Colin ( wouldn’t give his last name) had no idea how to help me , and wouldn’t put me through to either his supervisor or fraud department. I am appalled by the service you provide .

Started confusing me with a load of information while tapping through my meter stating the upgrade will give me a cheaper tariff, that I was a good customer and would I except an upgrade for cheaper energy plus no service charge.

Surely some of extortionate amount they charge could go to a service where we don’t have to sort each others issues out? Hours with the same message over and over, I’ve been cut off twice after waiting nearly an hour each time.
