“ The worst utility company I have ever dealt with. Live chat is completely pointless, they just give you a phone number that you call, wait on hold for an hour, and then they cut you off. Never respond to emails. They rejected a requested supplier switch a number of times but couldn't provide me with a reason so we're stuck with them. Spectacularly bad customer service. I would strongly recommend you go with someone else. ”
