“The ordering process was easy and pretty much self explanatory. The only problem that I see is that I ordered two items and I think that only one of them has shipped. It would be nice if I knew which item shipped and what the status of the other item was and why it didn't ship as well. This is the first time I've shopped through UTV HQ so I'm not too familiar with your processes.”

“Overall, the website is pretty good. It was easy to navigate to what I was looking for. A couple of things can be improved. First, I never received a confirmation email that my order was placed, nor where it was in production. I wasn't even sure if the order was really placed except for going back to my account and seeing a blurb in "My Orders". Second, I didn't realize that I never signed out of my account and when I clicked on your website I was still signed in. It seems that may be a security issue that the sign in doesn't sign out due to inactivity. Other than that, I like the website and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for your service!”
