We do apologize for the delay but there was an issue with the shipping address which we needed to confirm prior to shipment. Once this was confirmed & Updated we were able to have your items packed, shipped and delivered in 36 hours.

Light's I ordered did not include wiring harness as advertised. I will not order anything else from this site. The invoice just had a notation that they could not find harness.

INSTALLED HEADLIGHTS ON 85 YR OLD NEIGHBORS 2003 CHEVY VENTURE. RIGHT SIDE HEADLIGHT ADJUSTORS WOULD NOT ADJUST. JUST KEPT SLIPPING. HE DID NOT, AS OLDER PEOPLE DO, UNDERSTAND ORDERING FROM THE INTERNET. I CONVINCED HIM IT WOULD BE ALRIGHT. THEN ,WHEN INSTALLED, THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT COULD NOT BE AIMED. THE TWO ADJUSTER SCREWS SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE MOVING TOO FREELY THEN WOULD CATCH IN A STOPPING WAY. I FELT BADLY FOR HIM. CAN UZOOKA RESPOND WITH SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE RESPOND PROMPTLY. RICK VIA

order# 100003251 When I received the parts that I ordered from you I begin the installation and found the vertical adjuster was broken and nonfunctional. I then cannibalized the parts needed from the old lights that were on the truck. Apparently this was a manufactured defect that was not caught. Attached is a picture of the part that was damaged.

I purchased a left and right headlight for my 2010 Altima Coupe and i received my package with both bulbs sitting on the headlight... not even installed or in their own little box. the bulbs could've been broken during the shipping process sitting out with room to be thrown around as they shipped my package. i tried to put the bulbs in the headlight and they wont even fit... Ill have to alter it before I install the bulbs. not even sure if they are xenon but we'll find out.

Not really pleased. Moisture gets in the head light when it rains, and projection is off on one light

The presumed product, headlights for a 1987 Ford Ranger, arrived promptly. Unfortunately, for my piece of mind, the papers shipped with it did not verify that they would fit the Ranger but rather referred to other Ford products which, presumably use the same configuration. I will not be assured that the correct units arrived until the mounting process begins - and, with temperatures and humidity both high, that may not happen for a matter of weeks. Suggestion: When an order arrives for an item that has multiple options, provide in the shipping papers that information necessary to reassure the purchaser that he indeed ordered correctly. This reporting system is forcing me to award a rating which I currently am unable to do without knowing that the parts fit so, for that reason alone, I am forced to post a poor rating.

We appreciate you taking the time to review our services.We try our best to invoice for the ordered vehicle only. Unfortunately some of the headlights we carry will fit multiple Ford vehicles,and we cannot confirm the exact ford model you own.
