I'm wanting to have access to a parts breakdown for a Hoover Carpet cleaner that has a seized tensioner so I can order a replacement part and fix this machine for my 88yr old woman friend whose helper turned on the new machine only to have it smoke as the belt and some misalignement or defective part caused friction to heat up the plastic roller which became 'welded' to the shoulder holding the axle! Can't seem to get any satisfaction!

Why you would leave a negative review for a random small business you ordered from four years ago because Hoover of China does not issue repair document and you are unable to figure out how to repair a vacuum escapes us.

I never recieved my order. Am still waiting to see if I hear anything with updates.

We find you emailed us less than a minute prior to leaving this negative review. We are sorry we did not respond in that generous period of time. As indicated at the time of your order this was a special order item requiring up to four weeks to fulfill. As indicated by the tracking number emailed to you on November 30th the product is on route and currently in a USPS facility in Kansas. Happy holidays.

All interactions with Dina, the owner have been pleasant. I dropped a grand on a new vacuum, a sebo based on recommendation and assurance that it would be delivered promptly, as I needed it soon and desperately. It was, but without a filter- so useless ( it blows the hair and dirt out in front of the vacuum). A filter was ordered on a Saturday, after I had expressed multiple times the need for quick delivery. I waited, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then called to find out status. The filter wasn’t even shipped till Wednesday, and isn’t scheduled to be delivered till Friday. I regret not purchasing locally where I can just pick up what I need. I was ok with the waiting a few days for the delivery of a good vacuum. I completely understand the lack of control when the machine was shipped without a vital component and that a filter needed to be ordered. I’m not ok that the shipment of the filter was not expedited for quick delivery.

Order something that was supposed to be (2) pieces and only 1 was sent to me. I contacted you the day it was received and you ackknowledged the error and said the 2nd piece was not shipped by mistake and it was shipped out to me. I have not received that 2nd piece yet. Tracking says I am to receive tomorrow 9/27. So as of now I am a little disappointed but I do appreciate talking care of it. I'll give 2 stas for now........

You asked me to revise my review based on my "issue having been dealt with". Seriously? I don't call a short note from you explaining how well you quality control you parts; how rare what happened to me it; or "We do not see record that you had made contact with us regarding the defective part. Had we been provided the opportunity to make that right for you we would have. It is disappointing that things worked out for every one this way" dealing with the issue. Dealing with the issue would have been refunding the cost of the part. However... That's okay, I don't want a refund. My vecuum cleaner is running once again, and that is all I really care about. In the future, if I were you, I would spend less time justifying yourself, and pointing fingers at the customer and concentrating on real customer service.

Hi Jeff, As indicated on the product page, every step of the ordering process, and the follow up order confirmation email you received, this is a rare special order part requiring significant lead time to deliver. We do not see record that you had made contact with us regarding the defective part. Had we been provided the opportunity to make that right for you we would have. It is disappointing that things worked out for every one this way.

I ordered a cord A434-33144B 35' foot cord 3 wire I recieved a 30' 2 wire cord please call me at 231 878 7495 to see how to correct this. Thank You George Klingler

Hi George, It looks like the product shipped was incorrect. It had a part number that was one digit off from the product you ordered and when we picked the product we grabbed the wrong one. Your order has been refunded in full.
