“I ordered vacuum filters for my Eurka model 6984 and both times the filters did not fit my vacuum. I have loast confidence in your business and recommendations for parts and no longer trust your company. I did not retuern the filters as the cost to return would been grater than the valule of any exchange.”
“Great prices, but they have a security problem on their website when entering your credit card. I had unauthorized charges to my card shortly after placing my order. This was the only thing bought on that card.”
Hi, Credit card processing does not take place on our website. While it appears to you the end user that card processing is on our site the reality is that for security purposes the data is entirely captured and relayed via stripe in an applet that appears over our site. Stripe then sends the notification of approval to our website. Stripe is in the top three largest processors in the world and does not currently have any reported security issues. While it is unfortunate that you are experiencing this it is important to know that the source of this is not your transaction with our company.
“I ordered a brush roll for a vacuum. It did not fit. It took 2 requests to get a return started. I sent the part back 2 weeks ago and still have not received credit. Probably won’t. Very poor service.”
“Took over a month to get a stock part that I was told would be 2-4 weeks. When it arrived it was the wrong part. I just traded it with a local vacuum shop for the correct part. Ended up paying an additional $20. Will not choose Vacuums r us to do business with again.”
We are terribly sorry that it took a month to receive the special order part that stated it would take 2-4 weeks. We also apologize that your ordered the incorrect part. We will do better next time.
“It would be nice if you folks asked me for a review after I have received the merchandise. I still have not received the part I ordered approximately 5 weeks ago. You sent me an email saying it was now in country and you had shipped it to me via slow truck from whatever port it arrived on. If you get your parts from overseas I want nothing to do with your business anymore.”
The entire unit was made over sea so it seems self evident that the repair components would come from the same source. As indicated by the tracking number you have been provided the product shipped to you on the 5th and will deliver via UPS tomorrow.
“The USPS crushed the box that my order was shipped in and the small parts fell out. The USPS said that box was insured so we have to contact the vendor. I called "Vacuums..." and the person that answered took my information and I recieved an email back from your company asking for photos of the box. I sent' y'all photos and you sent an email back saying you would send replacement items that I ordered and paid for. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the parts. Emails go unanswered. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company if I don't get the parts that I ordered or a refund. O am not sure what to think at this point, other than thay don't really care about the customer once they got their money.”
Hi Dennis. Thank you for your helpful feedback. We have reviewed your order and found your order placed on May 1st at 7:01am MST was shipped on May 1st at 8:39am. We have tracked the USPS tracking number associated with your order and find it is on it's way to you. We are sorry you are disappointed that the postal service does not deliver faster. However, we are unsure at what point there was any indication the product would arrive on the 6th.
